When we moved to our house last Spring, we had no idea what fruit our trees would produce, or which ones had survived being abandoned for over a year. One morning, and I swear it happened over night, one of our trees was COVERED in apricots. Apricots bring back so many great childhood memories of my Grandma Murillo, so I really felt her blessing on our new home.
We had more fruit than we knew what to do with, so I thought it would be a great time to learn how to make preserves. I made a few mistakes, and I am hoping this years batch will go a bit smoother, but it was quite yummy for our first attempt.
This beautiful tree...
...gave us this incredible creation!
Here's to a bountiful Spring!

Baby Love
This was a fresh and colorful Baby Shower I threw for one of my favorite people in the world and her baby who is now the newest love of my life. I loved the mix of colors, inspired by the baby's room, and the simplicity of the non-typical Baby Shower decor.
